1. Nature of Business and Association
- **Entity:** The services are provided by RK Nutrition Club, led by Sameer Gouri (a Certified Herbalife Associate), located in E Block, Kamla Nagar, Agra.
- **Role:** We operate as **Independent Herbalife Associates** and are **NOT** official representatives of Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. outside of our associate capacity.
- **Scope of Service:** We provide personalized wellness coaching, lifestyle guidance, exercise advice (via Zoom), and facilitate the purchase and delivery of Herbalife products.
2. Health Disclaimer and Liability Limitation
**CRITICAL:** The advice, plans, and exercises provided by our coaches, including during live Zoom classes, are based on our experience as wellness coaches and Herbalife protocols. They are **NOT medical advice.**
- You acknowledge that you are using our services (coaching, products, exercise) at your **own risk**.
- We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any new diet or exercise regimen.
- RK Nutrition Club and its associates shall **NOT be liable** for any health issues, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our services or products.
3. Membership, Guarantees, and Refunds
The following terms apply specifically to the membership and coaching services offered by RK Nutrition Club:
- **Money-Back Guarantee:** The promise of a **2-3 kg weight loss money-back guarantee** within the first month is strictly conditional upon the client's **100% adherence** to the personalized diet plan, product usage, and daily exercise attendance as prescribed by the coach. Failure to adhere fully will void the guarantee.
- **Subscription:** Club membership fees are typically charged on a <--- ---="" monthly="" uarterly=""> basis and must be paid in advance.

- All content on ItsNutrihub, including blog posts, videos, images, and coaching material, is owned by Sameer Gouri / RK Nutrition Club and is protected by copyright.
- **Testimonials/Results:** You grant us the right to use any photo, video, or testimonial shared with us (if explicitly approved by you) for promotional purposes.
- You may **NOT** copy, republish, or sell any content from this site without express written permission.
5. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India and the jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.**
